New configuration logic allows for the expiration of Time Off Requests when "Allow Past Period Time Off
Request" is enabled. A user can specify the number of days since last action on the pending Time Off Request,
with end date in the past, after which the request will automatically move to expired status. The will prevent
the build up of old, pending Time Off Requests and any impact on performance as a result.
