Enabling employees to review and confirm mandatory clock-out accuracy
Clock Attestation
With increasingly complex labor laws and requirements for documented proof, compliance continues to be a key investment area for WorkForce Software. We are intently focused on improving our capabilities in this area with the development of Clock Attestation as an Early Adopter release. This new functionality will allow employees to confirm the accuracy of their clock-outs for mandatory meal and rest breaks for a particular pay period to safeguard both employer and employee.
Employers will be able to configure mandatory attestation questions with a choice of predefined answers and prompt the employee to complete them when selecting the Out for Day button on the Suite Clock. Attestation questions can be configured to only apply to specific employee groups (based on characteristics such as business unit). Answers are then recorded against the time slice that is closed by the triggered attestation question prompt event (e.g., Out for Day), providing accurate and critical information to ensure compliance adherence.
