To ensure we are delivering workforce management solutions that provide the most value to our customers, the WorkForce Labs Early Adopter Program provides several opportunities for customers to interact with our Product and Engineering Teams at various stages of our software development lifecycle—from early concepts and access through continuous use. The feedback provided helps us make refinements and resolve barriers to adoption before solutions are made generally available to all customers.

Early Adoption: Why You Should Dive In
Gain exclusive access to test new solution innovations in your own environment before the general availability release
Provide your suggestions, ideas, and opinions about products and features to inform future development
Participate in design reviews (including mock-ups and UX interviews) to test workflows and concepts
Communicate directly with the WorkForce Product team to accelerate feedback loops and assist in making implementation or usage improvements
Earn recognition in our Customer Appreciation Program
Make it Worthwhile: Participation Expectations
Participation criteria can vary subject to the product/feature being released. Interested participants will be advised of the specific requirements for each Early Adopter Program. Similarly, participant expectations can vary, and we will define the scope, expected feedback channel, and timelines so that both participant and the program itself gain maximum value for participation.
Typical expectations include that you:
Have an identified business need and timeline that the product/feature addresses
Are comfortable with the potential ambiguity associated with new product/features and an agile project plan approach to accommodate feedback resolution timelines and iterative updates
Can assign your internal project resource to maintain focus on implementation and invest in using the product/feature in everyday scenarios
Share your implementation plan and provide periodic updates for assessment and prioritization aligned with other roadmap candidates
Will participate in formal project closure to determine achievements, share your overall experience, and identify any outstanding issues

Engaging with Early Adopter users is a crucial phase in our software development lifecycle. To create a strong collaborative environment with participants, our Product Team will work closely with you. They will give direction on any specific areas we want to evaluate—such as user interface, functionality, performance, or compatibility—and provide a structured framework for giving feedback.
