We’re excited to announce that we’re further extending our WorkForce Suite Mobile optimization with the new Timesheet Approval capability. This first release focuses on core manager approval functionality, delivering the mobile convenience of timesheet amendment approval and approval withdrawal by searching for individual employees or selecting an employee group and performing individual or bulk actions. Suite Mobile Timesheet Approval will also provide an enhanced user experience with sorting and filtering capabilities that aid a manager’s view of approval activities by first/last name or employee ID criteria sorting and all timesheets, amended timesheets, or current timesheets only. We’re eager to work with existing Suite Mobile Timesheet users on this extended capability to better inform user experience and future enhancement prioritization.

Release Timing

We are planning the release of this new Suite Mobile Timesheet Approval feature in late April 2024. We’d like to engage with interested early adopter customers for projects commencing in early May 2024.

Early Adopter Program participants must:

Participation Criteria For Team Absence Calendar

Maintain the latest Time/WTA service updates (4 weekly cadence) to access bug fixes or feature enhancements as part of the Early Adopter release. Be an existing WorkForce Suite Platform and Hub and Assistant user. Ideally be an existing Suite Mobile Timesheet user to facilitate project timelines. Not be a multiple assignment user as the Early Adopter release does not support it. This capability, however, is on the roadmap and targeted for the general availability release.
