Easy access view of absences to avoid conflicts and ensure adequate staffing

You asked, we answered. We are happy to announce that we are preparing for the release of our Team Absence Calendar, providing an easily accessible way for managers to view absences across their teams via the Suite Hub and Assistant. This upcoming feature gives visibility into the approved absences of team members to collectively plan more easily, avoiding conflicts and potential understaffing. Managers will be able to switch between views across past or future periods for full transparency on their team’s availability when considering absence requirements. This first release is read-only, displays one assignment group/team at a time, and supports single work assignments. We’re eager to work with Early Adopter participants for feedback on this initial release and to help guide the prioritization of additional features in subsequent releases.

We are planning the release of this new Absence Team Calendar capability in early February 2024 and plan to schedule Early Adopter project kick-off meetings later this month. Our goal is to work with customers and commence active testing as soon as possible.

Participation Criteria For Team Absence Calendar

Be an existing WorkForce Suite Platform, Hub and Assistant, and Suite Clock user. Maintain the latest Time/WTA service updates (4 weekly cadence) to access bug fixes or feature enhancements as part of the early adopter release. Not be a multiple assignment user. The initial release of Team Absence Calendar does not support multiple assignments. However, this is a roadmap candidate for future development, and you may be able to participate in a future Early Adopter Program if this a requirement for you.
